This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information.

Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.

Refund Policy

On this web site we only sell non-tangible products delivered as electronic goods. As such there is no way for the products to be "returned" and there is no provable way for us to know that the digital goods have been truly deleted from all storage devices accessible to the buyers.

This is why we are very careful to examine every case when a refund is requested. Happily there are very few such cases since we are in business. And we always work  in a fair and an open way with the customer to determine the reasons a refund is demanded.

Here are some of the cases  we would grand a refund right away:

- Somebody has used your credit card without your authorization.

- An order for more than one copy of the same product has been placed when the buyer wanted only one copy. We will refund the second copy  upon request immediately.

- You have found that the product content is inconsistent  with the information on our web site. (We are very careful to provide you with very exact and precise information about our products  and such situation is very unlikely, but you have the peace of mind that in any such case we will grant a refund).

In all other cases we will work with the customer to determine the reason of dissatisfaction and if this is not something we can solve or mend we will grant a refund.
